Individual Counseling

I provide a safe, caring and warm environment for you to explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging memories, identify areas of life that you may want to change. I also work with you to better understand yourself and others, set personal goals and work towards desired change. 

People come to me for a variety of reasons that include (but are not limited to): depression, anxiety, difficulties in relationships, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and chronic pain. It is my goal as a therapist to learn about you, understand you, facilitate change and get you to the place in life that you want to be.
