Nichole Campbell
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

Supervised by Charlotte Judd, LPC-S

From early on in my education, I was passionate about forging a career in mental health. For decades, the norm was to struggle in silence rather than reach out for help. This trend was apparent not only in myself but also among my family, friends, and even strangers. However, times are changing and now is the perfect opportunity to start making our mental well-being a priority. Whether you're seeking to unpack challenging past experiences or acquire coping mechanisms for current stressors, counseling can benefit you. As a person-centered therapist, I am committed to following your lead. Your experiences are uniquely yours. While I am here to provide support, you have the most expertise on yourself. I believe the power of the therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for change and therefore, I aim to create a safe and open environment that allows you the freedom of self-exploration without fear of judgement.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active through various means of exercise. I also spend hours each week in the kitchen, living out my fantasy as a Food Network star. Family and friends are a priority of mine, and I travel around Texas as often as possible to see them. If I’m not doing these things, I can usually be found relaxing, enjoying cozy moments with my 6-year-old puppy.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Presently, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in the state of Texas, receiving supervision under Charlotte Judd, LPC-S. My work primarily involves assisting adults of all ages facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigating significant life changes. While these areas have been my primary focus, I maintain a flexible approach, remaining open to learning and adapting to new challenges that may arise during therapy sessions. I am eager to understand your unique experiences and join you on the journey towards overall wellness.
